Microblading Semi Permanent Brows

Eyebrows are arguably the most important facial feature. Microblading is a semi-permanent solution to thin, over waxed, sparse, alopeica brows.

What is Microblading?

Eyebrow microblading is a unique method of placing pigment in the form of hair strokes between the epidermis (top) and dermal (middle) layers of the skin. The treatment is preformed using a precision hand held tool, resulting in the natural looking hair like strokes and fuller brows. Microblading is a two treatment process, an initial treatment and a second treatment a month later with refresh top-up advised every 12 months (approx.).

Origins of Microblading

Microblading goes by a few different names, microstroking, micropigmentation, eyebrow embroidery, eyebrow feathering and 3D eyebrows. No matter the name the procedure of microblading is growing in popularity here in Europe, but has been done for over 25 years in Asia.

At the first consultation you will fill out a consultation form followed by a discussion about your personal preference of eyebrow shape and colour. Bone structure and face shape will be taken into consideration when determining the perfect brow shape for you. Your initial treatment takes up to two hours with significant time dedicated to the consultation.

During the treatment a hand held tool is dipped into a selected colour of pigment and used to make fine strokes in the skin. This process results in the hairlike pigment being implanted into the skin, leaving natural looking brows.

The best possible healed results require strict adherence to the microblading aftercare instructions.

At BeautyStarz we ensure the highest quality of safety. All our tools are one time only use (disposable). Natural pigments are designed to gently fade overtime. Fading normally occurs over 6-12 months which allows the brow therapist to make changes to colour and shape over the years as clients natural colour returns and facial changes occur.
